Civitatis reviews
We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. Our own opinions, which are the most valuable to know what to expect from each service, we also receive reviews on external websites such as eKomi or Trustpilot. On these sites, anyone can give their opinion, whether they have traveled or not, and the comments are usually more generic, for example, about customer service.
The walk was very informative and interesting. We saw things we wouldn't have found without the walk. The guide was extremely personable. This walk is highly recommended.
Our guide Francesca was great, friendly, very enthusiastic energetic and very funny. Tour was very entertaining. Tour’s historic information was good and understandable.
If you are looking for an excellent excursion, this is it. Visiting Sachsenhausen provided a deeply moving look into history, while Potsdam was the perfect, beautiful afternoon contrast.
Thank you, Jaime and Peter, for your incredible insights and for making our day so special! It was a lot of walking but worth every single step. 10/10!
Tiago was a terrific guide. We enjoyed learning about Porto from a local who is also a world traveler with a global perspective. He was attentive and ensured no attendee was left behind.
